Jersey Mountain Road. At approximately 2:00 pm, Deputy Mechelle Sabin and Cpl. Jamie Carter were patrolling in
the Romney area when they were advised to look for a black Chevy Cavalier in the area of Food Lion. Callers told
the 911 Center that driver appeared to be intoxicated. After locating the vehicle and running a check on the tag and
it's owner, it was learned that the female's operators were revoked for DUI. The female, identified as Bobbi Renee

to have tags from the Family Dollar. After further investigation, the female admitted to stealing the items from the
store in Hampshire Square. Landis was subsequently arrested and charged with driving while license revoked for
DUI, and shoplifting.
Landis is suspected of stealing $89.00 worth of clothing from the Family Dollar store. All items were returned to the
store by deputies.
