Deputies Arrest Male For Probation Violation
In the early evening hours of December 30, 2009  Deputies arrested Kenny Starnes, of Romney for Probation
Violation.  Starnes had been wanted for several months.  He was located at a residence along Grassy Lick
Road.  He is currently being housed at the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail.
